These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and the operator of QuickTicket (“QuickTicket,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use QuickTicket for a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. Accounts may not be shared in a way that defeats plan limits or exposes another person’s records.
3. Intended use
QuickTicket helps service contractors document a specific additional scope of work, price, timestamp, and customer signature. A Field Ticket is not a substitute for your main contract, required notices, permits, disclosures, or professional legal advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a Field Ticket is suitable and enforceable in your jurisdiction.
4. Customer consent and electronic signatures
You must explain the Field Ticket to the customer, provide a reasonable opportunity to review it, and obtain consent before collecting a signature. You are responsible for complying with laws on audio recording, electronic signatures, consumer contracting, and change orders. Do not record anyone without the consent required where you and that person are located.
5. AI-assisted processing
QuickTicket may use automated transcription and language tools to structure a voice or typed note. Automated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review the client, address, scope, and price before asking the customer to sign.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the information and records you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit customer and jobsite information.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use QuickTicket to break the law, misrepresent a customer’s approval, forge a signature, upload malicious material, probe or bypass security, interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, resell access without permission, or infringe another person’s rights.
8. Subscription and payment
QuickTicket Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. Prices, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are described in our Subscription and Refund Policy and at checkout. Our authorized merchant-of-record provider processes payment information.
9. Service availability
We work to keep QuickTicket available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events outside our control. Features may change as the product develops. We will not materially reduce paid functionality during a paid period without a reasonable business or security reason.
10. Intellectual property
QuickTicket, its software, branding, interface, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, nonpayment, security risk, or conduct that could harm customers or the service. You may stop using QuickTicket at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickTicket is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that every Field Ticket will be legally sufficient, that automated output will be error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickTicket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses caused by your failure to review a ticket or obtain valid consent. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for QuickTicket during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the QuickTicket operator established in the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, contact us and allow 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. Mandatory consumer protections and courts available to you under applicable law are not excluded.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
