1. Monthly subscription
QuickTicket Pro is offered for $29 USD per month unless another price, currency, tax, or promotional period is shown at checkout. The checkout page displays the total charged before you confirm payment.
2. Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method held by our merchant-of-record provider. Applicable taxes may be added based on billing location and law.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the billing-management link provided in the service or by contacting support. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Unless law or the checkout terms require otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain paid access until then.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, monthly charges are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused days. We will review verified duplicate charges, billing errors, and requests made when the service was materially unavailable. Submit a request within seven days of the charge and include the account email and transaction reference.
5. Failed payments
If payment fails, the provider may retry the charge and we may restrict paid features after any stated grace period. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation.
6. Price changes
We may change future subscription prices. We will provide advance notice when required and a new price will apply no earlier than a later renewal. You may cancel before the changed price takes effect.
7. Merchant of record
Checkout, tax calculation, receipts, and payment processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy or a successor merchant of record. Its checkout terms and legally required refund rights also apply to the transaction.
