QuickTicket acts as the service provider for account holders and processes the customer and jobsite information they choose to enter. The account holder is responsible for telling its customers how their information is collected and for obtaining any consent required by law.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, and password data managed by our authentication provider.
- Field Ticket content: customer name, jobsite address, work description, price, timestamp, signature image, and the account owner associated with the ticket.
- Voice and typed input: recordings or text submitted to create a ticket, plus resulting transcription and structured fields.
- Subscription information: plan, subscription status, provider customer and subscription identifiers, renewal dates, and cancellation status. We do not receive full payment-card numbers.
- Technical information: browser, device, IP address, diagnostic events, and security logs generated when you use the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts; transcribe and structure notes; store, display, export, and share Field Tickets at your direction; manage subscriptions; secure and troubleshoot the service; prevent misuse; communicate service information; comply with law; and improve reliability and usability.
3. Legal grounds
Depending on applicable law, processing is based on performance of our contract with the account holder, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. The contractor account holder determines the lawful basis for customer data entered into a Field Ticket.
4. Service providers
We use vetted providers for cloud database and authentication, hosting, AI transcription or language processing, transactional communications, and subscription checkout. They process information only to provide contracted services and under their own data-protection obligations. Lemon Squeezy or its successor acts as merchant of record for subscription payment and provides its own checkout privacy disclosures.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to service providers, when an account holder directs us to share or export a ticket, to complete a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate fraud, or respond to a security incident.
6. Retention
Account and Field Ticket information is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for retrieval, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Voice input may be processed transiently and retained by a processing provider for the shortest period supported by our configuration. Backup copies may remain until routine backup cycles expire.
7. Security
We use password-based authentication, encrypted network transport, row-level database policies, limited client permissions, server-only secret keys, and access controls designed to keep each account’s records separate. No system can guarantee absolute security, so use a strong unique password and protect the devices that remain signed in.
8. International processing
QuickTicket and its service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use contractual and technical safeguards intended to protect information during international transfers.
9. Your choices and rights
You may access and correct common account and ticket information in the service, export completed tickets, cancel a subscription, or request account deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, receive a portable copy, or complain to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Customer requests
If your information appears in a Field Ticket created by a contractor, contact that contractor first because it controls the business record. We will assist account holders with appropriate verified requests.
11. Children
QuickTicket is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. Do not submit a child’s personal information unless you have a lawful business reason and all permissions required by law.
12. Cookies and device storage
We use authentication and essential device storage needed to keep you signed in and support the installed application. See our Cookie and Storage Notice.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the service changes. Material revisions will be identified by a new effective date. Privacy questions and verified requests may be sent to support@quickticket.app.
